Can I upgrade my plan and raise my order limit?
Your plan is automatically updated according to the number of orders you’ve received in the last period. Plan A applies during the first month, and future charges will be based on your order volume in the prior period.
Do I receive SMM services as part of my plan?
The payment covers panel maintenance — the core infrastructure for your SMM business, not the SMM services. You can connect your panel to SMM providers of your choice to process orders. Our platform does not supply SMM services itself.
Which orders are included in the plan?
All orders placed in the panel (including completed or canceled), are in your monthly plan calculation. Each subscription and drip-feed order counts as a regular single order.
